Clinical Advisory for Private Practice Growth
Clinical Advisory Committee
At Cultivation Consulting, we offer clinical advisory for private practice growth, ensuring the tools, trainings, and strategies we deliver are informed by providers themselves.
Committee Mission
Our Clinical Advisory Committee plays a crucial role in delivering trustworthy, specialty-informed resources. It’s a clinical advisory for private practice growth, not just a panel, but a strategic collaboration.
Too often, practice management & marketing advice is created in a vacuum; disconnected from the patient experience, out of step with real-world clinical operations, and lacking the insight of those who actually deliver care.
We formed this committee to change that.
Our mission is to ensure that every tool, training, and tactic we share is grounded in lived clinical experience. By bringing together one respected expert from each specialty, we’re able to offer smarter systems, better patient outcomes, and more sustainable practice growth, all shaped by voices you can trust.
It’s a purposeful clinical advisory for private practice growth, helping us serve providers with the nuance and credibility they deserve.

Expert Clinical Guidance
This isn’t a vanity board or symbolic panel. Our Clinical Advisory Committee actively shapes the resources, trainings, and support we offer to private-pay clinics across the country.
The Committee is made up of highly experienced providers who do far more than lend their name. Each advisor brings deep specialty insight, helping us stay aligned with what truly moves the needle in patient care, practice operations, and provider leadership.
They actively help us build smarter systems by sharing what works, what’s outdated, and what clinics truly need to grow with integrity. Each Advisor contributes their perspective to make sure our tools are clinically sound, ethically aligned, and operationally effective.
Strategic Insight
Our tools reflect real clinical workflows

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to commonly asked questions about becoming a Specialty Advisor.
What is the time commitment to being a Specialty Advisor?
We keep the lift reasonable. Advisors typically participate in one quarterly strategy call, occasional resource reviews (via email or shared doc), and optional guest speaking sessions for our Clinic Cultivation Circle Members. If you’re asked to co-lead a specialty cohort, we’ll provide advance planning and support.
What are the qualifications to be a Committee Advisor?
We seek respected leaders who bring both clinical depth and a passion for operational excellence. Applicants should have:
– At least 15 years of experience in their specialty
– A track record of speaking, publishing, or mentoring
– A strong reputation for ethical, patient-centered care
– Interest in shaping tools that help other clinics thrive
Do I have to commit to a certain amount of time on the committee?
Yes — we ask each Advisor to commit to an initial 6-month term, after which we’ll touch base about time availability, role fit, and continued involvement. We believe in mutual flexibility and clear expectations.
What if my specialty isn’t listed above?
We’re continually expanding the Committee as we build resources across more specialties. If your field isn’t yet represented, we still encourage you to express interest by applying — you might be the voice we’ve been waiting for.
Will I be listed publicly as part of the committee?
Yes. Each Specialty Advisor is featured on our website with your name, credentials, specialty, and (if you choose) your practice or professional link. We believe in giving visibility and recognition to the experts who help shape our work — and we’re proud to share your voice. Additionally, we want providers to see and know that they have expert guidance within their specialty to connect with us about.
Are Committee Advisors compensated?
Committee roles are volunteer-based with non-monetary benefits, including featured recognition, access to all Clinic Collective resources, and visibility within our Clinic Cultivation Circle network.
Can I promote my own work (course, podcast, or business)?
Yes. We’re happy to feature your thought leadership and promote your work when relevant (e.g., during Member sessions, in email spotlights, or on your advisor profile). Our goal is mutual visibility, not gatekeeping.
What kind of resources will I be reviewing or advising on?
Advisors may be asked to review or contribute to a range of practical tools — including intake workflows, call scripts, SOPs, performance coaching materials, and patient experience enhancements — all through the lens of specialty relevance and ethical care.
