Any licensed provider or practice owner with relevant clinical or operational experience is welcome to apply. We’re especially interested in those who can share real-world strategies, lessons learned, and systems that have helped their practice succeed.
Please note: We accept applications from clinic managers, directors, and leadership team members as well as long as they have received permission to represent their clinic’s brand through content and/or speaking.
What is the process to become a contributor?
Step 1: Fill out the Contributor Application Form
Step 2: We’ll review your submission and reach out to schedule a brief call
Step 3: Together, we’ll decide what contribution format is the best fit -article, webinar, or both
Step 4: You’ll choose from a list of suggested topics (or pitch your own!)
Step 5: We’ll send you content guidelines and offer a range of due dates to choose from
Step 6: If an article: Submit your piece and we’ll handle formatting, publishing, and promotion!
If a recorded webinar: We’ll schedule a recording time, edit, and publish the session
What is the turnaround time for writing an article?
Most contributors complete their article within 1-2 weeks of selecting a topic and due date. We’ll give you flexible deadlines that work with your schedule.
What are the benefits to contributing?
– Visibility and credibility among fellow clinicians and practice owners
– A featured author or speaker spotlight with your bio, clinic name, and headshot
– Direct backlinks to your website or social platforms
– A chance to be part of a nationwide network of trusted providers sharing practical knowledge
– The satisfaction of giving back to a growing, peer-led community
Will my website and business be featured in the content I contribute?
Yes! We’ll proudly include your name, clinic name, credentials, and website/social links alongside your article or webinar. That said, the content itself should stay educational, not promotional. If it leans too heavily into advertising, we’ll kindly send it back for revision to ensure alignment with the platform’s goals.
Is there a max number of articles I can submit?
Nope! You’re welcome to submit as many as you’d like over time. If you’re a strong fit, we may even invite you to become a regular contributor.
Is there compensation for contributing?
The Clinician’s Digest is a free, collaborative platform built on peer contribution. There is no financial compensation at this time, but contributors benefit from professional exposure, referral traffic, networking, and the opportunity to position themselves as thought leaders in their specialty.
When will The Clinician’s Digest website and publications launch?
We’re currently building our first batch of content and finalizing the platform. The official launch is expected in late August to early September 2025. Join our early access list to be notified as soon as we go live!
What types of content formats can I contribute?
We currently accept:
– Written articles (600–1,000 words)
– Quick-tip submissions (under 500 words)
– Recorded webinars or interviews (virtual, scheduled with our team)
– Panel discussions (we’ll pair you with other contributors)
If you have another idea — pitch us! We love creativity as long as it’s helpful and relevant.
Can I repurpose or re-use content I’ve written before?
Yes, in some cases. We accept repurposed content as long as it:
– Is still relevant and accurate
– Was originally created by you
– Can be adapted for our educational tone and audience
We may ask for light edits or updates to keep things fresh and platform-appropriate.
If the content has been digitally published on another platform, it may have to be edited considerably to ensure it follows SEO policies of not being duplicative content.
Do I need to be a writer or public speaker to contribute?
Not at all. This is about real-world experience, not perfect polish. We’re happy to work with you to refine your ideas, edit your article, or guide you through a casual recorded conversation if you’d rather speak than write.
Let’s Start With a Conversation.
