Do you actually do the marketing for clinics?
We don’t operate as a marketing agency. The Intake Intensive is a short-term, high-impact workshop designed to evaluate and improve how your clinic handles new patient inquiries. Can I work with you if I already have a marketing agency?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our clients do, and we recommend it. We help optimize your agency relationship, assess ROI, fill in strategy gaps, and ensure your internal team is handling leads effectively. We’re not here to replace your agency — we’re here to maximize what you’re already paying for.

Yes. We offer secret shops, CRM/intake audits, and team training workshops as standalone services — though many clients opt to continue with ongoing consulting once they see the results.
What does your onboarding process consist of?
Start with a conversation. We’ll learn more about your clinic, goals, and pain points, then recommend a path forward — whether it’s consulting, a one-time audit, or a quick win from our digital store. Based on our initial conversation we will send over a proposal for review/approval. Upon approval we send an official agreement to get started.
Do you work with practices that accept insurance?
Yes, we work with many practices that accept insurance. However, we’re the best fit for clinics that also offer a private-pay component to their services. That’s where our expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and patient reengagement really shines.
