What does your onboarding process consist of?
Start with a conversation. We’ll learn more about your clinic, goals, and pain points, then recommend a path forward — whether it’s consulting, a one-time audit, or a quick win from our digital store. Based on our initial conversation we will send over a proposal for review/approval. Upon approval we send an official agreement to get started.
Do you work with practices that accept insurance?
Yes — we work with many practices that accept insurance. However, we’re the best fit for clinics that also offer a private-pay component to their services. That’s where our expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and patient reengagement really shines.
