Refunds & Returns Policy

At Cultivation Consulting, we are committed to providing impactful, high-quality services and resources designed to support the growth of your clinic or practice. Because of the nature of our work, whether it’s live consulting, team training, or digital downloads, we’ve created the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

Consulting Services & Workshops

All consulting services and workshops (including the Intake Intensive and custom strategy sessions) are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. This includes virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and strategy calls.

We understand that schedules can shift. If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

If you purchase a multi-session service or workshop series and need to withdraw before any work has been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at connect@cultivationconsulting.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss options.

Digital Resources & Downloads

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of access to digital content, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes downloadable tools, workbooks, templates, call scripts, and other resources available through The Clinic Collective Store.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, we’re happy to help—just reach out to us at connect@cultivationconsulting.com.
